Your job is to build excellent, long-term relationships with our customers, and to hire and train your team of customer service enthusiasts to do the same. You will plan and follow up on performance and goals together with your team and your colleagues
We're looking for someone who has a proven track record of solving complex tickets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores and improving our net promoter scores. You will work together closely with the Customer Success team, our Community Management as well as cross-departmental with our QA and Engineering teams.
Other exciting tasks, such as delivering input for our products and features, as well as being a brand advocate for Meister will also be part of your responsibility. If helping our customers to be successful with our products and how to use them most efficiently, is what gets you out of bed in the morning – then we would love to hear from you.
