3rd Level Support Lead

At Meister, we’re serious about support, which is why we’re looking for our first ever 3rd Level Support Lead. Ideally, you’ll combine excellent technical troubleshooting skills with solid leadership abilities to bring this budding team to the next level… the 3rd Level.
You will oversee the separation of 3rd Level Support from our existing QA team, adding new support experts to our roster. Day-to-day, you will provide practical and strategic guidance to the team as they assist users with advanced technical problems. You’ll need to lead by example – only a solid grasp of technology will help you deal with tasks hands-on and develop your team’s capabilities.

What Makes You Special

  • 3 years’ experience. You know your stuff when it comes to leading a support team in the SaaS industry.
  • Good technical skills. You’re familiar with Javascript and SQL. Bonus points for experience with public cloud services.
  • Tool Knowledge. You can handle Microsoft, Google, Apple and/or Atlassian tools and products.
  • Customer Support know-how. Your expertise with CRM, ticketing and service management tools will make the Meister customer experience even better.
  • Management Skills. Your smooth handling of team dynamics and potential conflicts maintains our legendary Meister Spirit.
  • Process expertise. You know how to shape and grow a team, using your knowledge of processes to keep us working beautifully together.
  • Proactive mindset. Your curiosity, resourcefulness and ability to work independently help drive us on.
  • Excellent analytical skills. You know how to prioritize and have a keen eye for detail and high quality.
  • Language skills. You have excellent written and spoken English. German and any other language skills are a plus.
