Customer Success Agent

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal German and English skills, additional languages are a plus
  • First-rate computer skills and understanding of web technologies (e.g. debugging browser display issues) and solid understanding of multiple Operating Systems (Windows, Android, MacOS, iOS)
  • >1 year experience in a Customer Success function (e.g. Support Agent, Account Manager, Renewal Manager,...)
  • >1 year experience working for a SaaS company
  • Experience with using Zendesk
  • Optional: Night owl mentality - ability to sometimes work until 11 at night
  • Good communication and organizational skills with a “Team Player” mentality
  • Unwavering appreciation for our customers and the Meister products
