Customer Growth Manager

As Customer Growth Manager, you will identify growth potential among your portfolio of customers and develop as well as implement strategies geared toward successful expansion. You will be in charge of managing your own portfolio of accounts and will focus on upselling, cross-selling and expansion opportunities. What Makes You Special

  • 2+ years’ experience. You have a proven track record as a B2B Account Manager / Customer Success Manager / Sales Management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Sales mindset. Your experience in selling and negotiation (upselling/cross-selling products) and managing revenue goals will help Meister to grow, continually.
  • Prioritization skills. You are able to cut through the noise and effectively manage a large portfolio of customers (renewal management, contract extensions, customer relations).
  • Customer-driven. You know how to build strong customer relationships and can identify potential growth opportunities by engaging with key stakeholders.
  • Presentation skills. You have strong customer-facing skills that enable you to establish credibility with decision-makers and executives.
  • Language skills. Your excellent written and spoken German and English helps bring Meister to the world. Other language skills are a plus.
