Customer Success Manager, Scale
Our customers are of highest importance for our business. We’re looking for someone who’s representing our company to a customer base of 20 million users when handling inquiries and helping them resolve technical issues. You will work together closely with the Customer Success team, as well as cross-departmental with our Marketing and Sales teams. Other exciting tasks, such as delivering input for our products and features, maintaining our help center as well as being a brand advocate for Meister will also be part of your responsibility. You will service your portfolio of high-end accounts and be responsible for retaining those customers and increasing their business with us. If helping our customers to be successful with our products and how to use them most efficiently, is what gets you out of bed in the morning – then we would love to hear from you.
