Customer Success Manager

Now, it’s your turn: we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to engage with our user base and build meaningful, long-term relationships geared toward growth and success.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will help our customers as they explore the Meister Suite, assisting with any technical issues. You will service a portfolio of high-end accounts and oversee customer retention and business growth. If you think you’ve got what it takes to help our customers get maximum benefit out of our tools, then we’d love to hear from you.

What Makes You Special

  • 3 years’ experience. You have acquired a wealth of expertise in a B2B Customer Success or Account Manager role.
  • SaaS industry expertise. Your valuable experience working in a SaaS environment will help drive us forward.
  • Customer-driven. You know how to build strong customer relationships and can identify potential business opportunities by engaging with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Sales mindset. Your experience in selling and negotiation (upselling/cross-selling products) and managing revenue goals will help Meister to grow, continually.
  • Prioritization skills. You are able to cut through the noise and effectively manage a portfolio of customers (renewal management, contract extensions, customer relations).
  • Team spirit. Your outstanding work ethic doesn’t just fit Meister: it makes us better.
  • Language skills. You have excellent written and spoken German and English, any other language skills are a plus.
