Customer Success Operations Expert
Meister is looking for a Customer Success Operations Expert to take responsibility for all planning and process optimization strategies for our Customer Success & Support teams. As a Customer Success Operations Expert, you will report directly to the Head of Customer Success. You will work closely with the entire Customer Success department (CS, Support, Community Management), and also with your counterparts in sales operations, business operations and other departments. The Customer Success Operations Expert is responsible for strategic programs and projects, internal processes and automation, data analysis and metrics reporting, as well as business systems for the entire CS organization.
