Technical Support Agent

Our customers are of highest importance for our business. We're looking for someone who's representing our company to a customer base of 10 million and handling enquiries and helping them resolve technical issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • First-rate computer skills
  • Good understanding of web technologies (browsers, HTML, …)
  • Experience in technical customer support for a software company
  • Bonus: Experience with Zendesk
  • Good communication, team and organizational skills
  • Patience and cooperation with our clients
  • Eligible to work in the US
