Customer Support Representative
As Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our (B2B and B2C) customers. You will provide phone and email support covering every aspect of the online creativity and productivity tools in the Meister Suite. As the voice of the company, your goals are to understand and answer customer inquiries in alignment with our excellent service standards. You will respond to customers quickly and efficiently while providing accurate solutions geared toward a high level of customer satisfaction.
As Meister continues to expand Customer Support efforts and adjust underlying processes, you will have an opportunity to help shape the future of Meister through effective cross-departmental collaboration.
