Ready to Change the Way the World Works?

Learning and Development Specialist

We grow, continually. It’s a philosophy we strongly believe in. Meister is growing, making personal development and defined career paths more important than ever. As Meister’s first Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating learning environments in which our team members can continuously develop, where excellence is standard, and where we always rank high on the happiness scale!

You will shape our internal training and development landscape, from identifying current and future training needs and creating flexible learning interventions to being involved in the onboarding classes of our new joiners. You will drive a culture of continuous professional development and monitor how effectively learning has been transferred to our team members. You will also have the opportunity to further your own personal growth by working closely with various internal and external stakeholders, and by getting involved in a variety of People & Culture projects, such as Diversity & Inclusion. If you’re as excited as we are about learning and development, we’d love to hear from you!
