Technical Support Agent

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English, preferably also a very good level of German
  • First-rate computer skills
  • Good understanding of web technologies (browsers, HTML, …)
  • Experience in technical customer support
  • Previous employment in a software company
  • Bonus: Experience with Zendesk
  • Early bird or night owl mentality - ability to start around 5 in the morning or until 12 at night
  • Good communication, team and organizational skills
  • Patience and cooperation with our clients
