Talent Acquisition Manager

Great teams don’t appear by chance. As Meister’s new Talent Acquisition Manager, your mission is to find perfect candidates who will complement our incredible ensemble of engineers and technical personnel. Together with our Talent Acquisition team, you'll promote our unique offering to potential candidates at tech events and in online communities, attracting the pick of the litter to Meister. By finding the best talent in Front End, Back End and Mobile Development, as well as DevOps and much more, you’ll play a huge part in the sustained success of our company.

What you bring

  • At least one year of HR experience, preferably in tech recruiting and/or employer branding.
  • Interest in executing employer branding initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of tech recruiting channels, industry trends, and emerging sourcing techniques.
  • Ambition, creativity and desire for self-improvement.
  • Commitment to an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Outstanding teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken), German skills a plus.
