We’re on the lookout for a dynamic leader to drive our revenue strategies, elevate our sales performance, and enhance our entire B2B customer experience—from selling to retention and expansion. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure our sales engines are running smoothly, while also building and refining the tracks to new revenue destinations. Ready to make an impact? As our VP of Revenue, you’ll report directly to our CEO and work closely with other VP-level counterparts, aligning strategies and leading our sales and customer success teams to new heights. Your mission will be to transform our sales approach, drive significant growth, and deliver a seamless end-to-end B2B customer experience. If you have the expertise to excel in selling, retaining, and expanding our customer base, we have the perfect canvas for you to shine.

What Makes You Special

  • Revenue Growth Expert. You bring 5-10 years experience in driving revenue growth, with a proven track record of building and executing comprehensive end-to-end B2B customer processes. Ideally, this was in a growing SaaS company, at Director level or above.
  • DACH Market Expert. You have deep knowledge of the DACH market with a track record of successful strategies specifically tailored to this region.
  • SMB and Mid-Market Success. You feel at home in the SMB and Mid-Market sectors with experience in the public sector being a plus.
  • Multilingual Proficiency. You are fluent in German (native proficiency preferred) and English.
  • Product-Led Sales Specialist. You have deep understanding of product-led sales and growth models, with proven experience implementing these strategies to drive revenue.
  • Customer Success Champion. You are experienced with SMB Customer Success playbooks and best practices, and have launched successful post-purchase B2B customer experiences driving engagement, retention, and upsell.
  • Sales Strategy Developer. You’ve developed (not just executed) sales playbooks with detailed examples of specific impacts on sales outcomes in an outbound sales structure.
  • Geographical Expansion. You bring proven ability to expand business operations into new geographical markets, including roles and strategies used in this expansion.
  • Scaling Operations. You have successfully transitioned a company from start-up to scale-up phase with clear examples of strategic initiatives led during this transition.
  • Team Builder. You demonstrate experience in growing teams, showcasing strong leadership and team-building skills.
