Office Manager

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Join our People Operations team as our new Office Manager. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our Vienna office, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. Your responsibilities will include mail management, keeping an open ear to inquiries or concerns, and ensuring our invoice system, travel management, and office supplies are well maintained.

What Makes You Special

  • 3+ years’ experience. Your extensive experience as an office manager or in a similar role brings valuable insights and skills to our team.
  • Commercial expertise. Completed commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung), HAS/HAK/HLW degree, or relevant work experience demonstrates your proficiency in commercial matters.
  • Communication skills. You bring excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Financial acumen. You possess basic experience in financial and accounting practices.
  • Attention to detail. Your meticulousness and keen eye ensure accuracy and precision in every task you undertake.
  • Independent task management. You are able to showcase your proactive approach to identifying tasks and working effectively without constant supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills. Your excellent organizational skills enable efficient multitasking, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks and projects.
  • Resource optimization. By actively seeking efficiency and cost savings opportunities, you demonstrate your ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Problem-solving proficiency. You are able to resolve conflicts, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to a dynamic and adaptive work environment.
  • Computer literacy. You are proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications to enhance productivity and communication.

The minimum salary for this position is 2,968.00 EUR gross per month based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week). However, we are willing to pay above this amount, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
