• 5+ years’ experience. Your experience in UX writing, copywriting, or content design, honed your craft to perfection.
• Conversion genius. You have a track record of improving conversion rates across the customer journey, preferably in SaaS or B2B markets.
• Language skills. You are a native English speaker. Additional native-level German language skills are a plus.
• Marketing mastery. You’re familiar with content marketing best practices and growth marketing strategies, enabling you to craft copy that converts.
• Product principles. You’ve worked closely with Product teams on user interviews, optimizing processes and enhancing the user experience through UX copywriting, driving activation and retention.
• Project management skills. You are good at prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Customer empathy. You have a thorough understanding of user-centered design principles and strive to help users with an ability to discover their true needs.
• Entrepreneurial spirit. You’re not just a writer; you’re a proactive, self-driven individual who takes ownership of their projects and drives them to success.
• Communication skills. You bring outstanding written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to convey complex ideas effectively to stakeholders and audiences.
